Prantik Dey

Creative and A&R Head of ForeVision Digital

Prantik Dey is a 25-year-old musical multitool – a keyboardist, Music Video director, and a key-manager who somehow manages to balance the chaos of a band with the calls and confusion of music distribution.
Born and brought up in Cooch Behar (northern part of) West Bengal, did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Later on he pursued his bachelor’s degree from ‘the land of orchards’, Kurseong, and went ahead to complete his M.A aswell.

With nearly five years of industry experience packed into a career that kicked off during his college days, Prantik has been steadily making noise both on and off the stage.

Currently, he’s the resident, social media wrangler-graphic savant at ForeVision Digital, a company whose founder he’s known since the days of school benches and bunked classes.
What started as a friendly connection evolved into a professional alliance, where Prantik now handles A&R (Artists & Repertoire), social media strategy, and visual branding for the company’s growing roster and digital presence.
He’s been at the heart of shaping artist identities, scouting new talent, and designing the kind of visuals that make artists stop scrolling for more than 3 seconds, a rare feat in today’s attention economy.

Beyond the desk job (which rarely stays at the desk), Prantik is the keyboardist and creative force behind his band. With a distinct blend of indie grit and emotional punch, his music projects are known for their textured sound, narrative depth, and a certain raw honesty that’s hard to fake. He also directs the band’s music videos, ensuring the story hits just as hard visually as it does sonically.

Equal parts strategist and artist, Prantik is someone who speaks both design software and artist guidance fluently.
He believes in long walks, indie playlists, whether he’s designing a promo, scouting a fresh voice, or jamming till 3 a.m., he’s fuelled by the occasional black coffee overdose with the founder.

And if you came this far, my latest music video is out!
Cheers man.
