At ForeVision Digital, we are committed to maintaining content integrity and complying with platform policies and legal standards. Therefore, we strictly do not accept submissions that fall under the following categories for any music or caller tune platform:

• Prank Tunes: Audio content intended to mislead, mock, or deceive listeners.

• Political Tunes: Songs or speeches promoting political agendas, parties, or leaders.

• Current Affairs: Content based on recent news events, protests, or public controversies (e.g., Delhi Farmers’ Protest).

• Celebratory Tracks like “Happy Birthday”: Generic birthday wishes or celebrations are not accepted as they are often flagged for duplication or lack of originality.

• Tunes Containing Objectionable Language or Content: This includes vulgar, offensive, or abusive language.

• IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) or Business Tunes: Commercial content designed for customer service, business branding, or automated messaging systems.

• Name Tunes: Songs that are simply repetitions of individual names or personalized shoutouts.

• Promotional or Corporate Tunes: Content meant purely for advertising, branding, or promotional purposes of a business, product, or organization.

In addition, for Caller Tune (CRBT) platforms, the following additional restrictions apply:

• We do not accept the National Anthem or National Song due to platform and government regulations. These are highly sensitive and regulated content types and are not allowed as caller tunes.
