What format does my artwork need to be in?

Our system is designed so that if we accept your artwork, the stores will too.

File format must be .jpg or .jpeg.

Image size must be at least 3000×3000 pixels.

Resolution of 300 DPI if possible (we also accept 72 DPI and above).

Album name or artist name is no longer mandatory on artwork. However, if you do include them, they must exactly match the metadata (no typos or variations allowed).

Do not include email IDs, addresses, phone numbers, QR codes, website links, social media handles, dsp’s logos.

Only include Parental Advisory / Explicit Content icons if your release has explicit language (failure to include this may result in rejection).

Do not include release dates, phrases like “Live Now,” “Coming Soon,” “Releasing On,” or anything time-specific on the artwork.

Do not use black or white borders on any side of the artwork.

Your artwork may also be rejected if it features graphic explicit content.

You may include other artist details or the production house logo if relevant.
